Acceptance
By installing and using Kudos AI (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.
What Kudos does
Kudos is a study-assistance Chrome extension. When you attach a tab and send a prompt, Kudos drafts answers and interacts with the page on your behalf. Kudos will never click a submit-style button — you always review the drafted answers and submit manually.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Kudos in a manner consistent with the acceptable use and honor code of any institution, employer, or third-party platform whose site you interact with using Kudos. You are solely responsible for ensuring that using an AI study assistant is permitted in your context. Kudos is not a substitute for learning; use it as a study tool alongside your own review of the drafted work.
Account and access
Kudos is currently in closed beta. Access tokens are provided per user and may be revoked at any time for abuse.
Warranty disclaimer
Kudos is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The drafted answers may be wrong. You are responsible for verifying every answer before submitting.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kudos and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of grades, credits, standing, or access to any third-party platform, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
